Do I have anorexia?

Apologies is this has already been asked. My mum thinks I have Anorexia nervosa. Because I am never hungry and never want to eat. OK, I am a bit thin, but I like being that way. I just never want food. When I eat I feel sad, maybe beven depressed.

She says that this is an illness and is serious. Could she be right?

Could well be. When you sat things like "I like being that way" and "when I eat I feel sad" makes me think your mum could be right. You should see a doctor. Anarexia is a terriblr illness, but can be cured.

My sister has been suffering from Anarexia for about a year now. She spent 10 days in hospital, but is much better now.
