Alright, this is going to sound really weird, but sometimes I think I'm attracted to my cousin. He is really hot and even though we are just friends sometimes I feel like I just want to kiss him...I'm not like white trash or anything like that and I want to know if this is normal or not...I mean it most likely isn't but I mean he is so cute and has been such a good friend to me that I can't help but liking him a little...

It is probably just hormones racing through your system. Remember you are family and you do not fish from the family pier! Get out more, stop spending so much time with your cousin, and hang out with more non relatives of the opposite sex. Don't tell anyone about it, don't worry about it, and definitely don't act on it. Just get out and mingle with more people.

These feelings are normal I'm sure, but I wouldn't encourage you to act on them. As HighlyCaffeinated said, try to spend less time with him.
