Leaving home

I'm going to college next fall and I'm a little worried. I'm an only child, and the college is 5 hours away. I'm afraid that my parents will be heart broken. I dread that moment where we'll have to say our goodbyes. If they cry it will kill me.

Try not to worry to much about it.
It's something every parents has to go through at one stage, and i'm sure it wont be that bad.

The first day or week may be a little difficult, but trust me you'll get used to it..
There is always telephones etc. to stay in contact with them, and visiting them regularly will help too.

Just make sure you keep contact though
