Daily Walking

How many of you like walking? From my experience, a vigorous walk every day helps to stay in shape a lot. When the weather does not cooperate, I use treadmill, listening to music or watching a movie as I exercise.

I walk a great deal. It has done wonders for burning off a lot of calories absorbed by my admittedly poor diet.

I try to walk at least 30 minutes a day in addition to the 60 or more minutes I spend on a stationary bike while I am working on my laptop.

I do agree that outside is best, nothing more invigorating than fresh air!
