Does being on top really mean more power?
I don't think in power you mean in the relationship.* I do feel the power in dominating him though. **

A dominating role in a relationship can be dependant on alot of things like: money, connections, and so many other things other than just "being on top."
I personally don't believe in a dominating role in a relationship. I believe partners should be who they want/or meant to be, and not what the other one tells them to be.

** And oh boy do I LOVE dominating him

i couldnt agree less there with out.

but when we talk about a dominting role in sex... well thats something else

being on top whilst being intimate in my views is more power..more control..

but i dont think i would say that in relationship..

I think being on top sexually just means more control of the position...I don't think it necessarily has to do with control in the actual relationship.

I don't think so. Usually when the girl goes on top it's because the guy is lazy and doesn't want to do anything

I agree with Mosh. I think the guy is just too lazy. I had a brief affair with an older man - he was SOOO lazy. Wanted me to be on top all the time so I would have to do all the work.

As yo can imagine, the affair didn't last long. He was very cute though

Who says the guy at the bottom doesn't do any work. In many ways its actually harder. I end up with stiff back muscles for days
