Help - She doesn't trust me!

I need some advice. PLEASE.

We've only been married for 6 months and my wife tells me that she doesn't trust me anymore. I've done nothing to deserve this. I think she is upset because I had lunch with an old girlfriend last week. I told my wife about the lunch. It was an innocent meeting. If I had known how she would react, I wouldn't have had the lunch date and certainly wouldn't have told her.

Any suggestions on what I can do to restore confidence?

* Do what you say you will do, call when you say you will call.
* Don't lie to your partner.
* Be fair.
* Be sensitive to her feelings
* Do your fair share of house chores.
* Respect her boundaries.
* Listen actively.
* Be consistent.
* Be on time. If you have to be late, call and explain.
* Don't overreact when things go wrong.
* Don't dig up old wounds.
* Try not to be jealous.
