My boyfriend jokes around alot, and he told me that cum was healthy for you but he kind of laughed when he said it. I asked him if he was serious and he laughed and said that he was telling the truth, but I don't know if he's really just joking about it or not...does anybody know if cum is healthy for you? |

I remember reading a New York Times article that did mention that it is healthy, assuming your partner is disease-free. It contains lots of nutrients and vitamins. I'll look for a link to the article and post it here.

WebMD Article on Oral Sex Safety: http://www.webmd.com/content/article/41/1687_50117.htm And another site (though you should cross-reference individual assertions to be sure), Cum Nutrition Facts: http://www.dontspitswallow.com/cum_nutrition.shtml |

yeah, i have to agree with [smoothguy0692]. i've heard all kinds of rumors about cum and it being healthy for you, but they've been proven wrong. the only good thing about it is its got some protein and sometimes some sugar. other than that, there's nothing that great about it. it doesnt help your boobs grow, it's not "good for your hair", it wont get you pregnant by swallowing it, it wont improve your skin, or anything else. it's just cum, not miracle fluid.
