I think it could be few things. If you masturbate a lot, or masturbated for a long time before having a real sexual experience, you may have gotten yourself used to the sensation of doing it yourself.

The other could be just feeling wierd about cumming in her mouth, like you'll be judged in some way.

If it's the first one, all you need to do is show her exactly HOW you finish yourself off so she can duplicate the motion or pressure you put on yourself.
