Spotted bleeding instead of a period?

well I started my period wensday and it was pretty much normal but just a bit light and it ended the next day but for the last couple days I'll have like suprize attacks of blood every once in a while but it'll only last a couple minutes at a time. Um This has never happened to me before, but I was wondering if that's normal and I'm on the pill so I was also wondering if that could have anything to do with it?

It very well could be due to being on the pill. I'll see if a woman can give you some more insight on this :-).

I'm not sure about the pill, but that same sort of thing happened to me the first year that I got on the shot. I'd ask the place who prescribed the pills, I'm sure they'd know for sure.

I don't think there is such thing as "normal" when it comes to that. We can guess why it's happening but really only your doctor can tell you for sure. Your best bet is to make an appt and get it sorted out. Good luck!

I agree with APRIL your best bet is go to a good OB ~ GYN & tell them what is going on & I am sure that they will be able to help you out with your problem. As for the cause being the PILL ... I was on the pill & never had any problems like that. GOOD LUCK !
