He's hypocritical. He thinks he's better than me in everything by saying things that are mean. Should I say something to him or what?

If it bothers you, then yes you should! You don't want to risk "blowing up" and losing your friendship.

Of course you should say some thing. It is OK to joke around like that but if it gets out of hand, you must let him know. If he is your friend he'll understand.
