It's wierd. Over the summer, two of my friends went camping. They came back, and one of them, let's call him Heinrick, pretty much stopped doing anything with me. The other one, "Gershwin", continued along normally with me. We'd still do stuff. Heinrick though, I've only been to his house maybe twice this summer, and that was when I was over at Gershwin's house and he needed to go over to Heinrick's for some reason or other. Also, Gershwin, Heinrick, and another went on some organized bike ride without me. Normally, I wouldn't care, but we've done all our organized rides together, but none of them said anything to me. I was the one who mentioned wanting to do it originally, but the both grumbled about how if the weather stays hot like this, they weren't gonna do it. Imagine my surprise when I found out that they both went, and it was a hot day. And they also invited someone else. I wouldn't really care otherwise, but a lot of smaller things had happened lately where they did something but didn't invite me along. We used to do everything together, you see. Now, school's coming around and I'm kinda wary. Does anybody have any advice on this, like what I should do or what might've happened? I mean, it's really wierd having a lifelong friend (since kindergarten) suddenly cut off everything with you. |

I was talk to Heinrick and find out what's up. Sometimes you have to ask someone point blank what the problem is to get to the heart of the matter. It seems sort of silly to be lifelong friends with someone then have them do that. Would seem like they are on the losing end, not you though. |
