im pretty new to sex and i feel so uncomfortable in the girl on top position. its ok if im on top and laying with my chest on his or right over him but when i sit up i feel like i dont know what to do! does anyone have any pointers.

Well, you could watch a little porn to get some ideas, but that not my the way to always get realistic ideas.

Maybe think of it as a lapdance. A little close grinding(but not too hard), swiveling, basic up and down.

being new to sex, and especially if you're self-conscious, it's completely understandable. with my ex, i was both and i tried being on top once or twice, but i just couldnt bear the embarassment. with my current boyfriend, there's no problem at all. in fact, most of the time i prefer it that way... and since we both still live with our families, we have to be quick and discreet about it, so not all the clothing comes off, and i think that actually helped me because i was focusing less on what he was seeing and thinking, and more about what i wanted out of it and how to get it, simply assuming that whatever i did, he'd be happy with, since that seems to be the mentality of most men.. so long as theyre gettin some, they're happy.

oh, i seem to have forgotten to mention that when "not all the clothing comes off", my shirt remained on,... and that after i had gotten used to doing it that way, it wasnt such a big deal when it did come off.

It is perfectly understandable that you are a little nervous about being on top. Perhaps you can ask him to be more on top until you are more comfortable sleeping with him. But if you really want to try, have him lay down and sit over him, thrusting down and back and then up again.

It may be difficult to do, or it may even feel strange, but communicate with him and you should be fine.

i would have to say, after having sex for hours i get pretty tired. i love it when my girlfriend asks to be on top. its really nice to lay there and be involved but not do as much work. so, girl on top i would say is really good, but after awhile i want to switch back so i feel more incontrol again.

I felt kinda weird the first time i was on top too. I like to move up and down so the penis goes in and out slowly. But don't move up too far where he comes out of you. Also just riding back and forth or swiveling your hips works well. I'm sure he'll help you out by letting you know what's good for him.
