Alpha male or Beta male?

I once heard a theory about men, and here I share it with you.

There are two types of males, Alpha and Beta. Just like in, for example, wolf packs. The alpha males are the leaders, the decision makers, more bold; the beta males are the followers, more timid and shy.

Alpha males are attracted to hips and butts. Women with wider hips are better able to reproduce, and so help to ensure the continuation of the male's genetic lineage.

Beta males are attracted to breasts. They are often more attached to their mothers, "suckled" longer, and so look for "nurturing" women, ie: women with larger breasts.

So what do you think, is there validity to this theory? Sounds good to me, except that as much as I like the hips and butts, I also love a woman's breasts. Hmm... does that mean that I'm a lazy guy who will just follow along, but can lead if need be?

Actually, to be truthful, I'm more of a leader, and I'm more attracted by hips. Nices breasts are just an added bonus.

Sounds a little too Darwinian too me ... and Alpha Males would also be more attracted to bigger boobs because it would mean better nutrition for offspring under the same perspective.

I know a lot of guys into big breasts who are anything but "timid and shy."

It's anecdotal evidence to be sure, but this theory just doesn't ring true for me.

I guess it falls in line for me. I can behave more Alpha male-ish than Beta, all depends on my mood and I'm definitely not a boob guy, I'm totally an ass man. Don't get me wrong though, I do love nice boobs like any other guy.

The only reason I don't quite understand the theory is that larger breasts are also a "sign" of better reproductive ability. Men are attracted to women with larger breasts, hips, and butt because these all signify the ability to nurture children.

I've pondered that very thought myself. All in all, to be honest, I don't really believe the theory. It does seem to be a good conversation starter, though.
