Noises? You mean the slurping(for lack of a better word) noises? Believe it or not, there are plenty of guys who can't cum from head. Especially since it was your first time, I'm sure you'll get better at it as you go. Little tip, don't change up too much. Constantly changing what you're doing can set a guy back.
