i went to the dentist a few weeks ago because of a random open sore in my mouth,.. between my gum and the inside of my cheek,.. it was rather large and painful. when i woke up in the morning, it would be covered with white squishy tissue,.. i guess this is like an oral scab? anyways, he couldnt figure out what it was, so he searched through his book and had two other dentists look at it, and they too had no idea. He did say though, that if i have similar lesions in the groin area, to let him know. it wasnt til about a week ago that i remembered about the fact that i do have pain down there, near the paraneum. being in such a place, it's difficult to see in that area very well, but from what i could see, it seemed to be similar to that,.. a kind of a cut,.. not like nicking myself with a razor or anything, just a random cut. and the pain had been there for the past two months or so, but only when i would wipe after having gone to the bathroom, so i just thought maybe i wasnt being as gentle as i should? recently i've also noticed when i wipe 'back there', there's pain there too, and sometimes blood. not alot like it's in the stool or anything, just a little bit,.. as though you used a tissue to wipe the blood off your face after popping a small pimple. what the hell could this be? im thinking if it was a major serious thing, it would have gotten worse somehow, but it hasnt.. at the same time, though, it hasnt gone away. any ideas?

Well to be honest I have had those sores in my mouth before. They've occurred when I've cut myself (bite my cheek on accident, being punched in the mouth, braces against mouth, etc. ) They do hurt, but they've always gone away. You should get an oral anesthetic and apply. As for the blood at the bottom, you should definitely see a doctor about that.

My idea is that you get to a physician as quickly as possible to get everything checked out. You need to know what is going on with your body so you can have some peace of mind. I really hope it's nothing, but better safe than sorry.
