| Talking to My Aunt On the Phone
It is so hard to talk to my Aunt on the phone. I get so nervous because my mom always wants me to be a good conversationalist and have manners and look good to the relatives. I am just really bad at phone conversations. Are there any techniques for relaxing while talking on the phone so that my Aunt may get to know me for my great personality?

Just show who you really are, don't try and fill expectations. Relax and say what's on your mind. Aunts are people too, and if she really wants to get to know you, tell your about your hobbys and what you like to do. No need to get stressed about it.

I agree with lehmur. You don't have to stress out about it. She is your aunt afterall... not some random person that you are being forced to talk to. Just be yourself and say whatever is on your mind. She mostlikely just enjoys talking to you; you do not have to meet anyones expectations other than the ones you set for yourself. Just chill and enjoy those conversations while you can still have them, and dont be nervous.
